3M, state outline how to clean up chemicals.

Striking a deal with the state over long-buried PFC chemcials, the 3M Co. agreed to a wide-ranging plan that would clean up three company-owned dump sites, provide $8 million to excavate a former landfill in Washington County and earmark $5 million for state research about other polluted areas.
