Is Teflon Used On Stainless Steel Cookware With Non-stick Surfaces?

I am looking to replace my current cookware with something that is much safer. I have read many articles where Teflon/non-stick surfaces are dangerous to our health. If I get a stainless steel cookware set with non-stick surfaces, will I encounter the same health risk?

Stainless steel is ideal considering the fact that Teflon is a form of the deadly poison flouride. The trick is to cook with coconut oil. This medium cahin triglyceride rich fat doesn’t change its structure when heated, and has alot of health promoting activity.

All the non-stick coatings are considered risky.
Aluminum is considered risky.
Stainless steel, cast iron, or ceramic coated metals are considered to have the least interaction with foods.
Cast Iron and ceramic coated metals require specialized care.
