Hi All, Which one is the Best cookware? Is it Stainless Stell or Cast Iron or Enameld Cast iron or Anodized or Ceramic? I use electric coil stove. Does Anodized has Teflon or any other harmful chemical coating in it? Is ts good for health? Does Enameld Cast iron Teflon or any other harmful chemical coating in it? Is ts good for health? On Online I saw that Ceramic cookware also has lead and it is harmful to health. I know that Cast Iron is good. But it is too heavy and tough to maintain (doing seasoning). The appearance of Stainless steel looks good but it will sticky. So I dont want to use it. So I m totally confused. Can any one please suggest one best cookware to use (both in health wise and in durability). Also appreciate if you suggest me where I can buy them. Thanks
