The one I have has teflon which has come off and everything sticks to it. Plus I am aware of the health hazards that teflon yields when heated, so want to keep away from it. Any ideas? Hopefully something avail in the UK as well – or can be shipped to UK. I see there is one that sits on a hob top with titanium coating (Diablo toaster from iwantoneofthose.com) – any ideas on titanium’s health implications?
